Hello, Reader,

As we begin 2026, I am wishing you a year that feels healthy, steady, and kind to you — in whichever ways you most need that right now. No grand resolutions required. Just genuine well-being, in ways that actually fit your life.

I also want to invite you to join me in doing 2026 a little differently... together! As a member of our Steady Spark Collective.

As you look ahead, you might be feeling both motivated and fatigue. There’s work to do, responsibilities to hold, and often very little space left for the kind of care that actually helps you keep going.

You want to use your time and energy well — and it can still feel hard to stay consistent when important things like self-care keeps getting pushed aside, and straddling on the edge of burnout.

The Steady Spark Collective exists for this exact tension.

It’s not about doing more or pushing harder.

It’s about having a rhythm that supports you — especially when things feel like a lot.

It's about accountability for awareness and support for doing the important things.

What Steady Spark offers

Steady Spark is a quarterly collective that provides:

  • a consistent, supportive weekly rhythm of online sessions
    ~ Weekly online planning
    ~ Weekly body-doubling sessions various times
    ~ Weekly wrap: reflective practice and celebrate progress
  • gentle accountability without hustle culture
  • space to be seen and heard, supported and celebrated
  • member-directed coaching circles, where individual coaching happens within the group (2 sessions/month)

It’s a structure to lean into — not a schedule to keep up with.

You’ll feel at home here if:

  • you want support and steadiness, not pressure
  • you do well with structure, but not rigid systems
  • you value connection and shared momentum
  • you want to end your weeks feeling clearer, not depleted

How to join

Registration is NOW OPEN and our first session begins next week on Monday, JANUARY 5th.

Please note... you can join us anytime in the first 3 weeks of January to start the year with steady supportive structure. After that, our registration will close until the end of March.

You’re welcome to commit for just the quarter / 3 months or sign choose our discounted annual fee.
