Weekly-ish Spark: Your Superpower: What happens when you...

Reader

Saturday night, as we settled in to watch a movie, this quote came up on the screen:

These words shifted my focus toward my own journey in living my purpose and celebrating who I really am (Sorry, movie). This idea speaks to the power of knowing who we are—what makes us tick, what energizes us, and how standing in that truth can shift how we show up in the world. This kind of insight doesn’t come from sitting still. It comes from asking ourselves questions, leaning into curiosity, and being in spaces where we’re supported to explore.

I don't know about you, but I think that recognizing, taking ownership of, and celebrating BEing our greatest accomplishment can't help but MOVE us. For my self, I know thrive in connection with other by creating spaces to wonder and empower: to slow down and check in, to tap into and access what we already know, help fill in the blanks of what we don't, and create the structure and support that nourishes ourselves in ways that not only feel good but that are good for ourselves. Doing this work is in alignment to who I am and what I value.

From this place, this week, I offer up a couple of questions to you:

What’s your superpower—that unique energy you bring to the table?

How could you tap into it this week to make something easier, lighter, or even more fun?

If these questions are sparking something IN you, imagine what intentional practice could do. If you’re ready to explore (or be reminded of) what energizes you, sign up for Unlock Your Energy: 2025 program and start creating space for the things that light you up.

Already know your superpower? FANTASTIC!!!! Want to be IN connection with more intention and consistency? Consider joining the community. Message me back to find out how. We have weekly sessions Monday mornings at 9:30am Eastern - a structured agenda to set your intentions to energize your week.

You’ll also have access to our ‘“GO” body-doubling sessions twice weekly (to start). Structured co-working sessions to support you being accountable to BEing in your power. Because being in community helps turn insight into action, and keep action going strong.

Your energy matters. Let’s make sure you’re using it for the things that matter most to you.

in JOYful health,

xo Lisanne

AN INVITATION TO PAUSE (not another workshop) WORKSHOP Hello, you wonderful human you! 👋😊 This time of year tends to pull us in many directions. I'd love to join! I’m calling it a Sur-PAUSE Party! This isn’t a place to learn something new, fix anything, or make progress on a goal. It’s a chance to...

Hey there! Last month’s goal-setting workshop was so warmly received that it sparked a new idea — another way I can nourish a space for us to come together and care for ourselves individually, yet in community. Thank you to those who attended and helped affirm something I deeply believe in: the power of compassionate connection. That same spirit has inspired a new rhythm for us: a series of free monthly workshops designed to support our wellbeing in all its forms. These sessions are gentle...

October is... ADHD AWARENESS MONTH ↓ and a time to give thanks 💛 Hi Reader, It's Fri-yay and here in Canada, as we head into Thanksgiving weekend, I’m pausing to give thanks — for this work, this community, and the conversations we share. 💛 This week I had the joy of speaking at the Professional Certified ADHD Coaching Association on self-care as an ethical and essential professional practice. The response reminded me of something we do in the Steady Spark Collective — where every week, we...
